- ALL transactions and deliveries are under ‘ZERO CONTACT’ policy
- All payments shall be made via Electronic Transfer, and must be cleared in our account before the delivery.
- Orders delivered to commercial premises will be placed in a free open space with good access from the road.
- Orders delivered to residential premises will be placed in the front open space of premises.
- To keep both our customers and staff safe during this tough time, goods that are delivered at this stage cannot be returned. Please double check your order before placing it. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Alternatively, you can send order to email@example.com and include products, quantities and preferred pickup time in the order.
- For an order sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, a confirmation email will be sent with invoice included once the order is confirmed.
- Pay on Invoice is used for an order lodged online – Once the order is placed, we will send your an invoice depending on the stock availability. Your order will be delivered once the invoice has cleared in our account.
- Free pick up from Ezypak Melbourne Warehouse at Unit 45, 3 Matisi St Thornbury Vic 3071. It is highly recommended to place your order 24 hours in advance for in-time processing to avoid any unnecessary delay. Please ensure the invoice or online order being paid in full on pickup.
- Melbourne metro* customers can enjoy free delivery for orders over $220. For order less than $220, $10 delivery fee will apply.
- For areas outside Melbourne, please contact us for combined shipping discounts.
