We may also receive information from your employer or business, an authorised representative, a colleague who places an order on your behalf, payment providers, delivery and freight providers, suppliers or manufacturers, professional advisers, publicly available business sources and service providers used in connection with our operations.

Where reasonable and practicable, we collect personal information directly from the individual concerned.

6. Why We Collect, Hold, Use and Disclose Information

Information submitted through an EZYPAK wholesale application may be used to assess whether a business is suitable for a wholesale account and to establish appropriate account arrangements.

The assessment may take into account business type, purchasing requirements, expected purchasing volume, expected order frequency, product categories, business history and previous dealings with EZYPAK.

Opening a wholesale account does not itself provide credit facilities. If a Customer later applies for credit terms, additional information and a separate privacy notice or credit-related terms may apply.

8. Payment Information

Payments may be processed by independent payment gateways, banks or payment service providers. Those providers may collect and process payment information directly.

EZYPAK may receive information such as transaction reference, payment status, payment method, amount paid and limited payment identifiers.

We do not intentionally store complete payment card details where those details are processed by an independent payment provider.

Payment providers may be subject to their own privacy policies and security requirements.

Some EZYPAK suppliers, manufacturers, technology providers or other service providers may be located outside Australia. Accordingly, personal information may in some circumstances be disclosed to overseas recipients.

At the date of this Privacy Policy, overseas recipients are likely to be located in China in connection with sourcing, manufacturing, fulfilment and certain business or technology services. Other service providers may operate internationally and the countries involved may change over time.

Translations into other languages made available through the EZYPAK Website are provided for convenience only and may be generated or assisted by automated translation technology.
